Delete your account

You can delete your Laho account at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Laho and go to Me.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. You are signed out and your account is closed straight away.

Can’t open the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address of your Laho account with the subject “Delete my Laho account”. We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, photos, Moments, followers and the people you follow — removed within 30 days.
  • Your messages are removed from your side; the other person may still see copies they received.
  • Coins, diamonds and VIP are lost and can’t be refunded or withdrawn after deletion. Cancel any VIP subscription in Google Play.

What we keep

Records of purchases, gifts and payouts, and records of bans for serious rule-breaking, as long as the law requires or to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy.
