By creating an account or using Laho you agree to these terms and to the Laho Rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Laho.
1. Who can use Laho
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. One person, one account: don’t share accounts or create accounts to get around a ban.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your gender and email are set when you sign up and can’t be changed later.
- Give honest information. Pretending to be someone else is not allowed.
3. Your content
You own what you post. You give Laho permission to host, show and share it inside Laho so the service works. You are responsible for what you post, say and share, and it must follow the Laho Rules. We may remove content and limit or close accounts that break them.
4. Coins, gifts, VIP and diamonds
- Coins and VIP are bought through Google Play and are a licence to use features in Laho. They are not money, can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be transferred, except as the app allows.
- Free coins from check-ins, videos or bonuses can be used for gifts but never create cash earnings.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
- Diamonds are earned by hosts. Only Verified hosts who are eligible (currently women in Pakistan) can withdraw diamonds as cash, from $50, after a one-time ID check. We may hold or cancel diamonds that came from fraud, refunds or rule-breaking.
5. Staying safe — your responsibility
Laho connects you with people you don’t know. Be careful: never share personal or bank details and never send money to anyone you meet. Laho is not responsible for what other users say or do, for losses from sharing your information or sending money to others, or for meetings outside the app. Report anyone who tries to scam or harm you.
6. Our rights
We may change, pause or stop features, and update these terms; we’ll tell you in the app about important changes. Staff may join rooms unseen to keep Laho safe. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Laho Rules.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Laho is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee that Laho will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). Unused coins and diamonds are lost when an account is deleted.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
